From my (John B.) recollection, Richard lived in the Newark, NJ area at the time of his death. He was divorced with no children. Upon his death, Ruth Thomas (nee McKee) McVey was summoned by a law firm representing Richard’s estate to witness the opening of a safe deposit box. Nothing of value was found. The date was 1955 +- 5 years.
